The Story
Amy feels stuck in her life. Searching for a genuine connection, she finds comfort in someone who seems to have all the right answers. As their bond grows increasingly intimate, it remains uncertain whether this relationship will bring Amy closer to what she is looking for, or further away from it.

Alin Wishka is an international actor based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He emigrated with his family at the age of 9 from Iran to The Netherlands. He graduated for his Bachelor's in Commercial Economics at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2005 and for his Masters in Film & Media (Communication Science) at University of Amsterdam in 2009. Since his childhood he was fond of the performing arts and at the age of twelve he caught the acting bug when he performed a dual-part as a nosy journalist and an acrobat in an elementary school play. Next to his university studies, he joined acting intensives at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York, The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in Los Angeles and received acting training at different theatre institutions in Amsterdam. By now he has more than a decade of experience in film, television, commercials and theatre. Besides acting he also enjoys working behind the camera, telling stories in fiction. AI MISSED YOU is Alin's Directorial Debut. He also has written, directed, edited, produced and shot the film on his own budget. The film would not be possible without his collaborator Bahareh Borzuee.
Actress
Bahareh Borzuee portraits the role of AMY in AI MISSED YOU. Bahareh is a Persian actress based in the Netherlands, working national and internationally across television, film, theatre and voice projects. What makes her unique, according to people she has worked with, is that she has many faces allowing a broad audience to identify with her. Transforming into every new character remains a magical journey of discovery for her. Her recent credits include Haantjes for Netflix, Der Amsterdam Krimi for ADR and her short film "Silence Is Full of the Unspoken" which premiered on the Dutch film Festival 2026. She speaks Dutch, English and Farsi.
